Martha Bettis Gee
Leader for the Children's Study
Martha Bettis Gee is Associate for Child Advocacy, Presbyterian Church (USA) and a writer, editor, and consultant. Her experience includes elementary education, Christian education, and curriculum development for the Presbyterian Church (USA). She has edited adult mission studies for the Women's Division of The United Methodist Church and has written or edited several mission studies for both children and youth, including Seven Friends, Seven Faiths, an interfaith study for children. She is the author of For Your Children: Creating Communities of Faith in Our Families and the Things to Make and Do series of creative activity books for children. A certified Christian educator, Martha serves on the session of the Crescent Hill Presbyterian Church, where she chairs the Worship Council and works with the midweek Children's Fellowship. She is married and has two adult daughters.
