Statement of The United Methodist Church Membership:

To participate in this discernment event applicants are required to be laity, a member of The United Methodist Church, and in the process of discerning a calling to lay ministry.

Membership in The United Methodist Church for this program is defined as those in relationship with an Annual Conference in the United States. Other opportunities may be available for international missionary service through Mission Personnel with the General Board of Global Ministries or by contacting your Annual Conference.
