Note: Early rate does not apply to mail-in forms due actual costs of processing. The $50 optional pre-Assembly Ubuntu Day of Service fee is in addition to registration fee. 

In a continued effort to protect the environment and reduce our printed resources, registration, event confirmation and updates will be handled online. Register early and online to receive your discount. 

Youth and Young Person Group Rate

  • For persons 35 and under.
  • Bring 10 or more young people, and the leader's registration is covered. 
  • All 10 or more young people come for discounted $200 registration fee.

Leaders can send names of 10 young people to event coordinator Tonya Cameron at tcameron@unitedmethodistwomen.org, who will then send the leader discount codes to use in the online registration for the leader’s complimentary registration and the group members’ reduced rates. 

New to Assembly Group Incentive Rate

• Register 10 new people for Assembly and your registration is covered.
• Discount available to the first 200 people to register 10 new attendees.
Send names of 10 new registered people to event coordinator Tonya Cameron (tcameron@unitedmethodistwomen.org), who will verify they are new attendees and send you a discount code for complimentary registration. 

How to Register

Assembly registration is online. Type or print clearly information in all required fields. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Checks, money orders, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) are accepted for payment. Please make checks payable to United Methodist Women and mail to United Methodist Women, National Office, Gift Processing, P.O. Box 29925, New York, NY 10087-9925. Fixed costs mandate a $50.00 cancellation fee, a $30.00 bounced check fee and allow for no refunds after April 1, 2014. Registration is transferable.

The following hotels have reserved blocks for Assembly. Please note, United Methodist Women will not be handling conference hotel blocks. Individuals or groups may contact hotels directly to plan their stay. Please indicate that you are part of the United Methodist Women Assembly room block when calling to make reservations.

Child Care

Child care will be provided during scheduled sessions of the Assembly and optional pre-Assembly event for children ages 2-12 for a daily fee of $25 per child. Parents are to provide food for children with special diets, diapers and any needed change of clothing. Please indicate on your registration form if you need child care. This helps to ensure quality child care. 

Special Needs

The Assembly will offer services for individuals who require sign language and translation. Please indicate on your registration form if you need these services. If you require a wheelchair, contact information for local wheelchair companies will be provided for you to make your own arrangements.
