Purpose: Club Hope provides an alternative to institutionalization of disabled children in state run orphanages by working with the children and their families to develop optimal physical, mental and motivational rehabilitation towards integration into school and community life. 122 children and their families experience multiple kinds of therapy together, learn how to care for a disabled child at home, and work on preparation for attendance at regular school. Therapeutic endeavors include time for fun and outings that show having a disability does not mean leading a less full life.
