Assembly Offering

The Assembly offering is an opportunity for designated giving by United Methodist Women. The 2010 Assembly offering will fund organizations and projects that address issues of global health and environmental justice issues through education, advocacy and direct services on behalf of women, children and youth.

Because we believe that all of God’s children, especially the disempowered, must be included at the table, we invite women, children and youth to come in faith, hope, and love in action.

You can donate to the Assembly Offering when you register online for Assembly or donate online.

Members can contribute to their local unit treasurers who send the money through the usual remittance process. Each conference treasurer will bring the offering to be received at Assembly. Individual participants may contribute to the offering at Assembly. Funds designated as Assembly Offering may be contributed throughout the year and sent, via the treasurers, to Women’s Division. Criteria for the distribution of funds will be determined by Women’s Division.
