Methodist Hospital of Dabou, Côte d'Ivore
The Methodist Hospital of Dabou was established in 1968 as a part of the Protestant Foundation of Health. Today, it is a well-rounded specialty hospital located about 45 minutes from Côte d’Ivoire's largest city, Abidjan.
Led by Chief Administrator Alfred Degny, Dabou Hospital has 101 beds, 137 employees, six doctors, two surgeons and a pharmacist. The hospital has several specialties that compliment the basic primary health care available through many of Côte d’Ivoire's state hospitals. The hospital is governed by the Côte d’Ivoire Annual Conference Health Board.
