HIV/AIDS

UMCOR NGO is working to combat the spread of HIV/AIDS through its public health and health care provision programs. Educating populations about the risks of HIV/AIDS through community trainers helps disseminate information to those who are most at risk for contracting this deadly disease. UMCOR NGO also promotes HIV/AIDS awareness through public service announcements and posters where appropriate. Additionally, UMCOR is increasing access to testing and treatment for HIV/AIDS and other infections often found concurrently with the disease.
