Online Workshop: Calypso Feel
This Percussion Workshop was developed by Víctor Rendón and Jorge Lockward for the Second Academy of Global Song, Princeton, NJ, November 2005.
This is a pattern felt in "2" derived from the calypso. It can be played on two conga drums, bongos, or simply two tom toms next to each other.
The bell pattern can be played on two cowbells using the Mammy/Daddy approach (right, right, left, left).
