Global Praise: Singing the CHURCH Together
Global Praise is a program of the General Board of Global Ministries of The United Methodist Church created to gather, receive, and share the songs of the people called Methodists and other Christians around the world.
The Global Praise ministry includes:
- Learning, Listening, & Gathering – through participation in global events and consultations, the collection of recorded and printed resources, immersion experiences in local settings, collaboration with the Global Praise Advisory and Working groups, and through personal conversation with musicians and pastors from around the world.
- Sharing and Teaching – through workshop leadership/sponsorship, printed and recorded resources, web-based resources, and consultations.
- Resources – providing printed, web-based, and recorded resources to engage God's people in global song in worship, Christian education, and other settings.
