The 2009-2012 Eight Priority Conference Strategy is an intentional focus of National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministry resources in areas with the greatest Hispanic/Latino populations and disparate numbers of Hispanic/Latino clergy, churches and resources.
Global Ministries Racial-Ethnic Local Church (RELC) grants are provided to annual conferences as well as to local congregations. RELC grants must enable annual conferences and local congregations to intentionally collaborate on a strategic plan for the development and strengthening of Racial-Ethnic Congregations.
