National Plan for Hispanic/Latino Ministries

www.hispaniclatinoministry.org

The faces of Hispanic and Latino people are varied and beautiful.

The vision of the National Plan is that Hispanic and Latino people will experience new and abundant life as they experience God through Jesus Christ and that The United Methodist Church, by the very sharing of this message through word and deed, will be energized in new and exciting ways (the winds of Pentecost at work).

2009 School of Congregational Development:

In addition to multicultural tracks the school will offer Hispanic/Latino centered tracks such as Annual Conference Strategies for Racial-Ethnic Ministries; Congregational Development with Second and Third Generation Hispanic/Latino Immigrants; Developing an Annual Conference Strategy for New Church Development; and Spanish Language New Church, Development.
