School of Congregational Development
The United Methodist School of Congregational Development is an annual event aimed at helping annual conferences and congregations "grow the church" through new congregational starts and the strengthening of existing congregations. Sponsored jointly by the General Board of Global Ministries and the General Board of Discipleship, the 2009 School of Congregational Development is currently underway at the Orrington Hotel in Evanston, Illinois.
