Background / History

For many years there was no medical heath center in Kisangani until missionaries opened the center. Before that, pregnant women and children had to walk many miles to get treatment at Kisangani Health Center.

Go serve as mission of healing ministry to the people in the community and surrounding villages.

Activities Plan

Obtain funds from the partner churches and involve the local people to assist with labor and local materials.

Project Outcomes

1. The long list of patients waiting for treatment will be greatly reduced.
2. The urgent need now is the maternity care; so there should be more maternity/ delivery equipment.
3. Expand the program to the villages.

Project Indicators

1. The building will be reconstructed to accommodate more patients.
2. Drug and medical supplies will increase to meet the demand.
3. The local residents and the surrounding villages will be happy with all the new developments.
