To provide rescuing women from a life of poverty and prostitution through job skills training
Background / History
Betty Carew was established in 1974 to train young women/girls who could not succeed in formal schools, due to early marriage, poverty, or teenage pregnancy. Every year we train the girls and send them out with skills to make a living. The entire buildings were used to conduct seminars, retreats, and workshops, but almost all of its facilities were destroyed by the war. Training has started, but the entire building need a facelift, beds, and mattresses.
