Goals & Objectives

* Our first goal is to keep providing essential services to 200 senor adults with need in this valley.
* Our second goal is to grow the numbers of senior adults served to 250. This will require an increase in staff and the addition of another vehicle.
* Our third target is to find other dependable income sources to underwrite this ministry
* Our fourth goal is to find an executive director to succeed the one we have now

Activities Plan

* Provide quality care for 200 senior adults so they can remain in their homes.
* Raise the money needed to keep the service available.
* We are continuing our search for another motivated, honest care taker who can become a full time person for our staff.
* We have already begun conversations with our board of directors to explore another non-profit sponsoring body or another director for this ministry to be engaged in four to five years. This would be an effective to way to "grow" this ministry into a self-sufficient ministry.
