The Advance cultivates and promotes support for Global Ministries missionaries through Covenant Relationships.
The General Board of Global Ministries, through the
Mission Personnel program area, exists to serve the Church in the identification, recruitment, selection, preparation, training, assignment, supervision and support of mission personnel for short and long-term assignments. They are pastors, doctors, biologists, social workers, agriculturalists, professors, church planters and evangelists.
